AT&T Account Associate

That’s why we’re looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to join our team as an AT&T Account Associate - Entry Level. In this role, the AT&T Account Associate will help build strong customer relationships, provide top-notch support, and share the benefits of our clients’ connectivity products and services. The ideal AT&T Account Associate candidate is approachable, professional, and genuinely passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience every time.
Daily duties of the AT&T Account Associate include:
- Serve as an in-person brand ambassador for our clients and directly engage in conversations to identify business owner needs in the telecommunications sector.
- Create informative presentations of our client’s products and services that will help business owners make informed decisions.
- Suggest additional products and services to customers, increasing brand value and achieving higher levels of revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on all products and services, as well as compliance guidelines and regulations that will make all interactions productive, professional and seamless.
- Execute sales and promotional outreach strategies that will increase brand awareness in the community and generate new customer leads.
- Attend company wide training sessions, events and networking opportunities to expand skillset and knowledge.
Qualifications of the AT&T Account Associate are:
- 0-2 years of previous experience in sales, customer service or account management.
- A high school diploma is required for the role.
- Ability to engage with customers of diverse backgrounds with professionalism and empathy.
- Successfully convey information to customers and identify their needs.
- Confident and professional in both verbal and written exchanges.
- Desire to grow in a sales position and in a company that values people, progress, and long-lasting success.
