Project Manager

The function of the Project Manager is to support the field and to coordinate through completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Work with superintendents to ensure that all aspects of running the project from the office side are being met, ensure foreman/supers are sending in documentation correctly and that the projects are being done correct.  Ensure that the correct SOW is being enacted in the field and checking with supers that we are monitoring our crews, maintain a positive relationship with the GC and ensure the project is on budget/time/safe.
