Marketing Intern

Summary
The Marketing Intern, will join a dynamic team focused on supporting a range of marketing initiatives and providing hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and product development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Market/Product Research and Analysis
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and better understand market needs.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market gaps.
- Compile data into actionable insights to inform and support marketing strategies.
Product Launch/New Product Development Assistance
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to support the product development process.
- Benchmark new product ideas against industry standards and competitors.
- Assist in creating sales enablement materials and support the execution of go-to-market strategies.
Data Gathering and Reporting
- Organize and document key inputs for stage-gate reviews, track project timelines, and ensure adherence to milestones.
- Prepare presentations on market research, customer needs, and financial projections.
- Analyze product sales data and create dashboards to highlight performance trends for internal stakeholders.
Content Creation/Graphic Design Management
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for marketing materials, social media, and email campaigns.
- Support the development of blog posts, case studies, and customer success stories.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design visuals and engage with followers to grow the company’s online presence.
Event Support
- Assist with planning and promoting trade shows and events.
- Prepare promotional materials and coordinate logistics for events.

Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma required
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Interest in graphic design and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
