ROLE OVERVIEW: This role is all about getting in front of consumers, sharing the Just Ice Tea experience, and creating lasting connections through in-store demos and more. You’ll be the face of our brand in the field, learning and growing alongside us as we make waves in the beverage industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute in-store product demos year-round, averaging 2-5 times per week depending on the season. Demos include preparing samples and materials, setup and breakdown, consumer engagement, and post-event reporting.
- Assist in conducting local events to boost brand visibility and consumer engagement. Tasks include sample preparation, packing, and loading materials, on-site execution, and post-event analysis (market dependent).
- Capture photos, videos, and consumer feedback.
- Complete post-event reporting, including sales results and qualitative insights.
- Actively engage shoppers, educate consumers on the product, and create a positive brand experience
- Being the face of the brand locally and role modeling the brand behaviors in the market
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to travel daily and deliver product utilizing your own personal vehicle.
- Ability to lift 20lbs.
- Ability to be on your feet and/or on the go for 4 hours continuously.
- Field marketing, hospitality, or food service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and WhatsApp. Familiarity with Promomash is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Passionate about our mission to empower consumers to choose (and enjoy!) foods and beverages that align with their concerns around climate change and health.

DETAILS OF THE POSITION
- Part time contractor role paid hourly at $20-$25 per hour (DOE), estimating 8-20 hours/
- week.
- Mileage to and from demos and events will be reimbursed.
- Based in the above listed locations area with frequent travel throughout the
- area.
- Reports to the Regional Managers.
