Digital Marketing & Growth Intern (Email, SMS & Meta Ads)
Role Overview
As a Marketing Strategy Intern, you will bridge the gap between creative content and data-driven performance. You will be responsible for building integrated campaign journeys that reach customers via their inbox, mobile devices, and social feeds.
Key Responsibilities

Email & SMS Strategy:
- Develop and schedule automated lifecycle flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart) and one-off promotional broadcasts.
- Manage audience segmentation to ensure the right message reaches the right customer.
- Execute A/B tests on subject lines, copy, and send times to optimize open and click-through rates.

Meta Sponsored Ads:
- Assist in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram via Meta Ads Manager.
- Collaborate on creative briefs for high-performing ad formats, including Reels, Carousels, and Static Image ads.
- Monitor daily spend and adjust targeting to maintain efficient Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on cross-channel performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Meta Events Manager, and CRM dashboards.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for future strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with CRM/Email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Foundational knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) for quick asset iteration.

- Strong persuasive writing and copywriting skills for short-form SMS and high-intent email copy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement metrics.
