Sales Support Specialist
- Partner closely with the Sales to support and expand the account.
- Process orders, provide quotes, and conduct regular follow-ups with customers
- Proactive to promote products, provide current lead time information to assigned accounts
- Liaison with Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Sales management.
- Provide support for customers on product demos, product selection, literature, and training.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order/shipping status in a timely manner
- Promote and sell products to established customers, and develop new potential customers.
- Identify new opportunities/applications of our products with the customers' engineering team.
- Develop and implement sales plan and growth strategy.
- Provide customer service and solution to solve problems and inquiries.
- Track orders and revenues from customers.
- Provide customer support by supplying information related to samples, delivery dates, parts drawings, specifications, quality issues, credit issues etc.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the current market and industrial trend.
- Keep informed of new product trends and innovative product information that are valuable to customers.
- Attend trade shows and organize regular customer visits local and abroad.
- Process orders, provide quotes and conduct regular follow-ups with customers.
- Build and maintain business relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Demonstrate problem solving abilities to ensure sales are closed and customers are satisfied.
- Provide price quotations for existing and new customers
- Respond to customer inquiries with updated order/shipping status in a timely manner.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Associates degree in business, marketing or technically related field and or equivalent experience
- 1 to 2 years' experience in inside sales preferably in a manufacturing company
- Excellent relationship building skills with customers
- Project management competence as related to customer projects
- Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred
