Union Benefits Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid sales role for a Union Benefits Specialist at Globe Life American Income Division: Moore-Sodan Organization. The Union Benefits Specialist will be responsible for administering benefits, including communicating with clients regarding insurance policies, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth implementation of insurance plans. This role allows for remote work and in person opportunities if applicable.

 Qualifications 

• Strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

 • Exceptional customer service abilities • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills 

• Ability to work independently and remotely 

• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus 

• Experience in sales is a plus

 • Bilingual is a plus ( Spanish, Chinese, & Haitian-Creole)
