Internship Overview

Arts Accelerator is seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented intern to support our marketing, social media, events, and administrative operations. This is a hands-on, immersive opportunity ideal for students or emerging professionals interested in arts administration, marketing, film, events, or nonprofit management.

 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Social Media

Assist with creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Support marketing campaigns for programs, workshops, and events

Help draft newsletters, promotional emails, and basic website updates

Track engagement and assist with simple analytics and reporting

 

Events & Event Management

Support planning and coordination of events, workshops, and screenings

Assist with event logistics including registration, guest lists, setup, and breakdown

Provide on-site event support and help ensure smooth attendee experiences

Assist with post-event follow-up and documentation

 

Administrative Support

Assist with data entry, filing, and organization of digital documents

Help maintain contact lists, calendars, and internal trackers

Support program coordination tasks as needed

Provide general administrative assistance to the Arts Accelerator team

Qualifications

Interest in arts, film, media, marketing, events, or nonprofit work

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable using social media platforms and basic digital tools (Google Workspace, Canva a plus)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Self-motivated with a positive, collaborative attitude
