Hospitality Finance Sales

Job Summary

Pineapple Capital Group (PCG), a national investment bank specializing in commercial real estate finance, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Hospitality Finance Sales to join our growing team. This is a base salary + commission based role ideal for high-performing professionals who want access to firm-generated deals, national territory, and a full suite of loan products.

As a BDA, you will drive growth by originating, underwriting, and packaging loans for hotels, motels, multifamily, gas stations, C-stores, and other specialty-use assets across the U.S. You’ll leverage PCG’s lender network, back-end support, and brand credibility to close deals and build a scalable pipeline.

Duties

  • Develop and execute strategies to source and close commercial real estate loans nationally.
  • Manage assigned and self-sourced leads across all asset types using PCG's CRM and internal tools.
  • Cross-sell the firm’s full range of products:
  • SBA 7(a), SBA 504, USDA, Conventional, CMBS, Bridge, C-PACE, Credit Union, Life Co., Mezzanine, and Private Lending.
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to assess loan scenarios and present financing solutions.
  • Package loan files for submission and coordinate with lenders, underwriters, and closing attorneys.
  • Build lasting relationships with borrowers, brokers, and referral sources to drive long-term value.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, lender guidelines, and capital sources to align client needs with real-time options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize deal execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial lending, SBA origination, or CRE finance (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
  • Understanding or adaptive learning of hotels, motels, gas stations, C-stores, or any commercial real estate specialty-use property financing is required.
  • Strong financial analysis, underwriting, and structuring skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable in a commission-only, performance-based environment with unlimited upside.
  • Willingness to travel for commercial real estate conferences and in-person meetings

Pay: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
