Seasons Wealth is an established boutique wealth management firm dedicated to delivering highly personalized financial guidance to individuals, families, and small business owners within Greater San Antonio. Our client relationships are built on personal attention, trust, transparency, and a long-term commitment to helping them achieve their financial goals.
We are hiring a full-time Client Services Representative for our San Antonio office, located in Alon Town Center. An integral part of the Seasons team, our CSR will be the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring a high level of service and operational excellence. He or she will support the advisory team in maintaining strong client relationships, managing client requests, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the "face" of the office, as well as the day-to-day liaison for a designated group of clients, addressing inquiries and coordinating solutions
- Assist advisors in preparing for client meetings, including compiling reports and other documentation
- Process account openings, transfers, distributions, and other service requests
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all client paperwork and transactions
- Maintain and update CRM and custodial platforms with client activity and notes
- Monitor account activity for potential issues, and proactively resolve service needs
- Coordinate with vendors as needed to maintain operational efficiency
- Assist with marketing, event, and outreach efforts, including social media presence and website management
Candidate profile
The right candidate will possess a strong sense of accountability, and understands and take seriously the responsibility of handling sensitive financial data. They will also be:
- Highly organized and efficient, with impeccable attention to detail
- Professional in demeanor and appearance, with solid customer-facing experience and a genuine affinity for interacting with people
- Excellent all-around communicators, able to successfully navigate written, face-to-face, and phone interactions
- Reliable, dependable, and comfortable with an in-office role
- Willing to take the initiative necessary to handle high-level administrative tasks and see them through to their successful completion
- Technologically proficient, and particularly comfortable with Redtail or similar financial-services software
- A quick study, with the ability to retain complex information
- A confident multitasker, able to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
- Collaborative and able to take instruction
While experience within the financial services industry is a plus, especially strong administrative skills and an aptitude for grasping new information are viable substitutes for the right candidate.
