Entry Level Account Manager

You’ll oversee day-to-day customer interactions, guide customers through their telecom services, and drive sales results that make a measurable difference. Entry Level Account Manager Role Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and mentor team members in sales execution and customer engagement
  • Guide customers through telecom services, including setup, features, and upgrades
  • Deliver top-tier customer service by resolving inquiries and promoting loyalty
  • Track sales goals, monitor performance, and identify service opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service and accurate customer support
  • Represent the company professionally and increase sales visibility while attracting new customers
  • Collect customer feedback to improve processes and elevate overall experience
  • Maintain organized reports of sales, customer data, and progress metrics 
  • Uphold company standards while promoting positive community and customer relationships

Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications: 

  • Prior experience in a customer or sales role is a plus (retail, service, outreach, or similar).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn sales management and team development.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in technology use is a plus
