Insurance Sales Representative

Job Description

This is an entry level sales position, with a long term career path.. Candidates spend their days following up on leads provided by the agency, cross selling the existing book, reaching out to as many households as possible, making presentations, and selling products.

 

Responsibilities

Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce insurance products and services.

Presentations: Conduct professional and informative presentations to educate clients on insurance options.

Needs Analysis: Assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage based on their unique circumstances and goals.

Relationship Building: Cultivate positive and long-lasting relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty.

Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed sales quotas to contribute to the growth and qualify for bonuses.

 

Requirements

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and explain insurance options.

Positive Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic attitude to inspire confidence and trust in clients.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.

Customer Service Skills: A dedication to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.

Licensing: A valid insurance license is preferred but not required. We will provide course material for obtaining the necessary licenses.
