Brand Ambassador - Demo Representative

Eleni’s Cookies is a New York–based cookie company known for our Crisp Cookies, sold in grocery and retail stores nationwide. We also specialize in custom photo and print cookies, designed and shipped through our online shop.

We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing students to help with occasional in-store demos in NYC grocery and retail locations. This is not a full-time or part-time role, but rather flexible opportunities to represent our brand during events.

Position Overview
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent Eleni’s Cookies at demos in retail locations. You’ll be responsible for setting up a demo table, sampling our cookies, interacting with customers, and sharing key product information in a warm and approachable way.

Responsibilities

Set up demo table and promotional materials (provided by Eleni’s)

Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide samples

Share product knowledge in a friendly, professional manner

Track sales, customer feedback, and event details for a post-demo report

Maintain a clean, welcoming demo station throughout the event

Details

No prior experience is required — just a positive attitude, reliability, and comfort speaking with new people. Training, product, and materials are provided.

This is a great experience for students who want flexible, event-based work, while gaining experience with marketing and customer engagement. Compensation is hourly, and opportunities might range from one-time or recurring depending on availability.
