Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support daily HR office operations and provide information to applicants and employees.
- Schedule and attend recruitment events.
- Conduct interviews and assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee paperwork.
- Maintain accurate employee and applicant records and ensure compliance with HR procedures.
- Assist with organizing recruitment and promotional events and creating online content.
- Communicate effectively with staff, applicants, clients, and community partners.
- Handle concerns or complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Conduct basic market research and update spreadsheets and databases with relevant data.
- Uphold company values, follow safety practices, and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency using MS Office Suite, including Outlook & MS Teams
- Ability to work independently.
- Well organized and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
- Available to work 45 per week.
Program Dates:
- Program starts in April 2026 until August 2026.
Eligibility:
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
