High-End Retail Manager

We are searching for unique individuals who have a variety of interests outside of retail that have a knowledge and passion for high end design. We have a full time position available in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn.

 

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer experience and ensure all client concerns are resolved in a timely manner

Drive sales and build relationships with key clients

Responsible for learning seasonal product knowledge and sharing these details during client interactions

Work as a team player to foster open and constructive communication to create a positive working environment

Support the back of house organization by maintaining a high level of attention to detail with stock room maintenance, weekly shipment and seasonal inventory

Assist with processing web orders and online chat

Demonstrate a knowledge and passion for the high end curation , every client and team member interaction

Strong fashion knowledge and has a natural inclination for styling and creating looks for clients

Actively seeks feedback and works to implement suggestions for growth

 

Qualifications

Strong work ethic with a desire for continuous learning and growth 

Autonomous, resourceful and entrepreneurial

Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
