About the Position

Office Manager: 

  • Assists the site director in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the site’s main office. 
  • Owns clerical tasks, including the coordination and record-keeping of financial expenditures. 
  • Be the first point of contact for a variety of stakeholders, including staff, students, parents, and the host institution. 
  • Be the central figure in creating the welcoming, organized, and professional office environment necessary for others to do their jobs successfully.
  • Supervise other office staff and provide shift coverage when needed

  • Residential Locations:
    • Baltimore, MD.
    • Collegeville, PA.
    • Carlisle, PA.
    • Saratoga Springs, NY.
    • Los Angeles, CA.
    • Santa Cruz, CA.
  • Day/ Commuter Locations: 
    • Bethesda, MD.
    • New York, NY.
    • Boca Raton, FL.

HOUSING AND FOOD INCLUDED AT RESIDENTIAL SITES.

Travel may be arranged for qualifying candidates.

  • Dates: Vary by location but generally Session 1 is from mid-late June – Mid July and Session 2 is Mid July to early August. Staff can choose between completing one session or both, but preference is given to those who can work both sessions.
  • Salary: $2,980.59 per session

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Supervisory/ leadership experience
  • Past work in an office environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Flexible, Ability to adapt to change
