We are excited to welcome a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our supportive, patient-centered team. This opportunity is ideal for new graduates or early-career therapists who are eager to learn, grow, and build strong clinical skills. 

🔹 What You’ll Do: 

Provide one-on-one occupational therapy sessions for pediatric and/or adult patients 

Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans 

Learn and use EMR systems to maintain accurate documentation 

Collaborate with experienced therapists in a team-oriented environment 

🔹 What We’re Looking For: 

Texas Occupational Therapy License (or license-eligible) 

Degree in Occupational Therapy 

Open to new graduates and early-career OTs 

Interest in pediatric and/or adult therapy (experience preferred, not required) 

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn 

Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 8 patients per day with support and guidance
