Therapy Clinical Director

We are seeking an experienced Therapy Clinical Director to lead and grow our clinical teams across multiple U.S. locations. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who enjoys a balance of direct client care and clinical leadership.

-Role Overview

70% Clinical | 30% Administrative

Provide direct therapy services while maintaining clinical excellence

Recruit, onboard, and supervise up to 10 associate/pre-licensed clinicians

Provide clinical supervision in accordance with state licensure requirements

Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards

Collaborate with leadership to support program growth and quality of care

-Requirements:

Active, unrestricted clinical license (state-specific)

Must be eligible to supervise associates in the state where services are provided

Prior experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Comfortable working in an in-person or hybrid environment
