Entry Level Management Assistant

Monarch Management, a Texas-based marketing and business consulting firm partnered with AT&T, is hiring an Entry Level Management Assistant. As an Entry Level Management Assistant, you will be connecting with customers on a daily basis and learning leadership qualities.  

 

The Entry Level Management role is about building relationships, learning the ropes of retail telecom sales, and stepping into a leadership mindset. You’ll be the face customers trust, the problem-solver, and the future leader. It’s a performance-driven role, so your growth is in your hands.
 

Responsibilities of an Entry Level Management Assistant: 

  • Engage with customers in-person to understand their needs and recommend AT&T wireless and internet solutions that fit their lifestyle.
  • Promote and sell AT&T products with confidence and clarity.
  • Create a positive in-store experience that keeps customers coming back.
  • Learn the ins and outs of AT&T’s products and stay updated on the latest technology.
  • Help team leads with daily operations and customer escalations.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing campaigns.

Qualities of an Entry Level Management Assistant: 

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; college experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
  • You enjoy meeting new people and making genuine connections.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments and love contributing to group success.
  • Whether it’s retail, hospitality, or service, you feel comfortable in customer service roles.
  • You pick up new info fast and aren’t afraid to ask questions.
  •  You can juggle multiple tasks and stay organized throughout the day.
