AT&T Manager Trainee

Responsibilities and Qualifications of an AT&T Manager Trainee:
- Deliver excellent customer service by identifying needs and offering tailored AT&T solutions.
- Drive product sales through in-depth knowledge of wireless, internet, and entertainment services.
- Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
- Analyze sales trends and contribute to performance planning.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support scheduling, reporting, and daily team coordination.
Ideal AT&T Manager Trainee:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, High school diploma required.
- At least one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, organized, and solution-focused
- Comfortable learning and using new systems or digital tools.
