Junior Software Developer

We are seeking an entry-level Junior Software Developer to join our on-site development team in Secaucus, NJ. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow their skills while working alongside experienced developers on job automation and system troubleshooting projects.

As a Junior Developer, you will assist in developing, maintaining, and improving software solutions, with a focus on automation, debugging, and operational support.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining applications primarily using C#

Support automation of internal jobs and processes

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and system issues

Collaborate with a team of developers to design and implement solutions

Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices

Document processes, fixes, and technical changes as needed

Required Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of C#

Understanding of fundamental programming concepts

Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues

Strong willingness to learn and grow in a team environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Java

Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
