Small CPA firm seeking an experienced Bookkeeper (3+ years full-cycle) to manage client books and assist with tax preparation. Immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements
- Month-end and year-end support
- Client payroll (experience preferred, not required)
- Assist with tax preparation (training provided)
Requirements
- 3+ years full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Professional communication skills
Preferred
- Payroll experience
- CPA firm or public accounting experience
- QuickBooks experience
