Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Fiber Focus is hiring motivated door-to-door sales reps to help homeowners upgrade to fast, reliable fiber-optic internet. You’ll work in assigned neighborhoods, educate customers on the benefits of fiber, and close new accounts with a simple signup process.

Responsibilities:

Knock doors in targeted residential communities

Speak with homeowners, explain fiber internet benefits, and answer questions

Overcome objections and close sales on the spot

Submit accurate customer info and installation requests

Hit daily activity and sales goals

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and confidence talking to strangers

Competitive mindset and strong work ethic

Ability to work outdoors and stay consistent day-to-day

Sales experience is a plus, but not required (we train)

Compensation:

$200–$300 per sale (uncapped)

Average reps close 2–4 sales per day
