Crumbl is hiring Shift Leaders — where great vibes, rotating flavors, and real growth opportunities are baked into every day.
What You'll Do
Lead your crew through fast-paced shifts, keep quality and service on point, and help create the experience our customers line up for. You'll coach team members, run the floor, and make sure every cookie leaves the oven (and the counter) perfect.

What We're Looking For
- 18+ with 1+ year of lead or supervisory experience (restaurant or retail)
- Available to close 2x per week OR work Saturday open/close
- Comfortable on your feet for long shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and can pass a background check
- Positive attitude, strong communication, and a passion for great service
