Short-Form Video Creator
Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role (US-based) for creator-native UGC creators. You will create short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The role includes ideating, filming, editing, and publishing at least 5 short-form videos per week, while testing different creative angles and use cases.
You will collaborate closely with the growth and product team, review performance, and iterate quickly based on data and audience feedback. This means you are not only just a video content creator, but also an early product explorer in the image and video generation field.
Compensation
This is a paid, per-video role with performance-based bonuses. Compensation scales with output, and each video is eligible for bonuses of up to $500 based on performance.
Qualifications
- Experience creating and editing short-form videos for TT, IG, TYB
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform-native content
- Creator mindset with curiosity toward products, storytelling, and experimentation
- Ability to work independently and stay responsive in a remote environment
