About Olive Tree Compounding Pharmacy 

Olive Tree Compounding Pharmacy is located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, the “City of Vision.” Our pristine facility is well equipped with the purest raw chemicals and finest lab equipment to produce specialized, sterile and non-sterile medications for families and pets throughout the state of New Mexico and beyond. Our compounded products are an alternative to commercially available medications and are individually tailored to meet your specific needs. 

Responsibilities 

Learn and master internal operations, including but not limited to project management, event planning, finance, human resources, marketing, relationship building, customer service, sales, daily operations, etc. 

Identify areas for process improvement 

Make recommendations to leadership for streamlining systems and processes 

Research and implement solutions for enhanced efficiency 

Provide general administration assistance and support to the Marketing Department and Pharmacy staff 

Event planning and marketing, including tabling at community events to promote pharmacy services and products 

Manage and maintain social media and website 

Sales building, merchandising and financial and 

inventory management. 

Project management responsibilities 

Other administrative and business management tasks as assigned 

Requirements 

Applicants should be Junior or Senior level 

Business Management or Marketing major 

Attention to detail 

Dependable transportation and Valid New Mexico driver’s license 

The ability to multi-task and excellent oral and written communication skills are all essential 

to this position.
