Customer Service Representative (Entry Level) 
Cadmet’s Inside Sales Team is growing, and we’re looking for someone eager to begin a career in **customer support and B2B sales**.

If you’re enthusiastic, curious, and ready to learn, this role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a chance to make a meaningful impact supporting healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries (phone, email, online)  
  • Provide product information, process orders, and support smooth order fulfillment  
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications  
  • Maintain accurate CRM records  
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team to meet service and productivity goals  
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction  

What We’re Looking For

  • No prior sales or healthcare experience required—just a willingness to learn  
  • Clear, professional communication  
  • Interest in B2B sales, medical technology, or supply chain  
  • Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office; CRM/Dynamics GP training provided)  
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, on-site position with regular business hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday
