Cadmet’s Inside Sales Team is growing, and we’re looking for someone eager to begin a career in **customer support and B2B sales**.
If you’re enthusiastic, curious, and ready to learn, this role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a chance to make a meaningful impact supporting healthcare professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries (phone, email, online)
- Provide product information, process orders, and support smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team to meet service and productivity goals
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- No prior sales or healthcare experience required—just a willingness to learn
- Clear, professional communication
- Interest in B2B sales, medical technology, or supply chain
- Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office; CRM/Dynamics GP training provided)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused

Working Conditions
- Full-time, on-site position with regular business hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday
