Cleveland Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Cleveland

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for future BrightEdge customers, learning how to prospect, qualify leads, and set demos for our senior sales team. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear promotion path to Account Executive.

 

What You’ll Do

Connect with potential customers via phone and email

Qualify leads and build a strong demo pipeline

Learn SaaS sales, SEO, and digital marketing fundamentals

Earn advanced sales and SEO certifications

Work with Fortune 1000 companies

 

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (recent grads encouraged!)

Strong communication skills and interest in tech

Motivated, coachable, and goal-driven mindset

Sales or CRM experience is a plus, not required
