About the Internship
This internship offers college students hands-on experience in food and beverage operations within a private club environment. Interns will work alongside experienced hospitality leaders to gain exposure to restaurant operations, catering, events, service standards, and management practices. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in hospitality, business, or management careers.
What You’ll Learn & Do
• Support daily operations of restaurants, catering, and food & beverage outlets
• Assist with banquet events, member functions, and special events
• Shadow managers and gain exposure to leadership and decision-making
• Learn staff scheduling, training, and onboarding processes
• Assist with inventory, purchasing, and cost control practices
• Help ensure safety, sanitation, and service standards are met
• Interact with members and guests to support exceptional service
• Participate in special projects and departmental meetings
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university
• Hospitality Management, Business, or related major preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in hospitality operations and leadership development
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
