Role Overview
Humanity & Wellness Expansion is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Representative to support the growth of our interdisciplinary work at the intersection of mental health, technology, ethics, and evaluation.
This role focuses on lead outreach, relationship-building, and deal closing for high-value consulting, evaluation, and certification services serving organizations in tech, healthcare, education, and research.
This position is ideal for students or early professionals interested in sales, business development, consulting, or social impact work, who are comfortable with performance-based compensation and want exposure to mission-driven, high-level services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue potential leads aligned with HWE’s services
Conduct outreach via email, phone, and virtual meetings
Communicate the value of HWE’s consulting, evaluation, and certification offerings
Build relationships with organizational decision-makers
Support deal progression and closing in collaboration with leadership
Maintain basic records of outreach and progress
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable initiating conversations and follow-ups
Organized, self-directed, and reliable with time commitments
Interest in sales, consulting, social impact, or tech-enabled services
Previous sales or outreach experience is helpful but not required
