What You’ll Need

If you have your bachelor’s degree (any major):
- You're eligible to join Swing as a paraprofessional or teacher’s aide
- No substitute teaching permit or credential required for this role
- If you want to move into lead teaching roles later, we offer SwingCert to help you earn your Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit

If you’re still working toward your degree:
- You must have completed at least 90 college credits
- You also need the CL-505d Emergency Permit for Prospective Teachers

- Pass a background check and TB test (we’ll help guide you through the steps)
