What You’ll Need

If you have your bachelor’s degree:
- You are eligible to apply now
- You can begin in classroom support roles even if you do not yet have a substitute teaching permit
- If you want to lead your own classroom, you can opt into SwingCert and we will support you in getting your Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit

If you are still working toward your degree:
- You must have completed at least 90 college credits and hold the CL-505d Emergency Permit for Prospective Teachers
- All candidates must pass a background check and TB test
