Noyce Teaching Fellowship Program

Want to teach STEM? The UC Davis School of education is excited to offer the Noyce Teaching Fellowship—a unique opportunity for STEM majors who are eager to earn a teacher credential and M.A. This fellowship includes $70,000 in financial incentives, hand-on experience learning to use AI tools for teaching, and the opportunity to serve high-needs schools. Fellowship Includes

  • $30,000 scholarship for tuition and living expenses
  • $10,000/year supplement for the first 4 years of teaching
  • Hands-on experience using AI to support teaching and learning
  • Valuable experience teaching diverse learners in Twin Rivers Unified School District
  • Mentorship from experienced STEM educators

Eligibility Requirements

  • STEM major
  • Entering the UC Davis teacher credential program in Summer 2026
  • Work in a high-needs school district during the fellowship
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident
