Political Outreach Intern (Commission-Based) — Conservative / GOP-Aligned
Company: Lone Mountain Strategies (LMS)
Type: Part-time internship | Remote (with optional/event travel)
Overview
Lone Mountain Strategies is a fast-growing conservative political outreach firm supporting GOP campaigns, PACs, and consultants with door-to-door field operations, voter contact, and event activation. We’re hiring commission-based interns to help expand our client base ahead of a major election cycle.
This is a high-ticket, performance-based internship built for people who want real political exposure, real relationships, and real upside — not busywork.
Proof of scale: Our teams have knocked 500,000+ doors nationwide, and the contracts we work on commonly range from $50,000 to $2,000,000+ depending on the race and scope.
Responsibilities
- Prospect + outreach to GOP campaigns, PACs, political consultants, and event organizers (LinkedIn / email / calls)
- Set qualified intro calls (Zoom) for leadership / executive team
- Pipeline management: track leads, follow-ups, and decision-makers
- Support event outreach + relationship building (as available)
Compensation
- 15–25% commission on contracts you help bring in (high-ticket political services)
- Paid upon execution (details during onboarding)
- Uncapped earning potential
What You’ll Gain (Unmatched Experience)
- Hands-on experience in political consulting + campaign business development
- Direct access to GOP operators, consultants, and decision-makers
- Training in high-ticket sales, persuasion, outreach systems, and pipeline building
- A resume bullet that stands out: deals + network + real campaign impact
This is one of the few internships where your output directly turns into real wins, real relationships, and real money. You’ll get trained on proven outreach scripts + a simple pipeline system, then work directly around GOP campaigns, consultants, and decision-makers during the busiest season of the cycle. If you want an operator-level resume line (not busywork) and you’re hungry to earn on performance, this is for you. Great fit for: political science, communications, marketing, business, and other students who want a mix of politics + sales + networking. Hours are flexible (you can work around classes), but you’ll build real-world skills fast — outreach, follow-up, relationship building, and campaign-side communication. And there’s real upside: strong performers can grow into paid roles with LMS (field/outreach leadership opportunities) as we scale this cycle.
