What you’ll do
As an Account Executive II, you will focus on acquiring and growing mid-market customers (10–2,499
employees). You’ll operate in a primarily inside sales environment, managing inbound leads,
generating outbound opportunities, and driving new customer acquisition through consultative selling.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive New Business in the Mid-Market • Carry a monthly, quarterly, and annual quota focused on
mid-market accounts. • Build and execute a territory plan targeting organizations with 10–2,499
employees. • Engage prospects through phone, email, social, and virtual meetings.
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Sales Motions • Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities
through discovery and solution demonstrations. • Prospect new accounts through outbound outreach
and build your own pipeline. • Leverage sales tools, CRM (Salesforce), and automation to maximize
productivity.
- Solution Selling • Understand customer use cases and deliver consultative guidance on how
Splashtop can meet business needs. • Demonstrate Splashtop solutions virtually and provide tailored
recommendations. • Partner with channel and marketing teams to drive awareness and adoption.
- Sales Cycle & Forecasting • Manage a high-volume sales cycle with multiple prospects in different
stages. • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting with +/-10% accuracy. • Report on key
sales metrics and proactively drive strategies to improve conversion rates.
Who you are
- 2–4 years of experience selling SaaS or cloud solutions to SMB and mid-market customers. - Strong
inside sales background, comfortable with phone, email, and virtual meetings as primary engagement
channels. - Proven track record of hitting quota in high-velocity, transactional sales environments. -
Excellent prospecting skills, with the ability to generate your own pipeline. - Strong communication skills
with the ability to influence IT managers, business decision-makers, and line-of-business leaders. -
Experience working with Salesforce and sales engagement tools. - Highly motivated, organized, and
competitive, with a growth mindset. - Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced
environment.
