Summer Design Internship – Paid

VCBO Architecture is offering a 12-week paid summer internship for Architecture, Interior Design, and Planning students seeking hands-on, real-world experience in a professional studio environment.

Internship Highlights

  • Paid internship (competitive hourly pay)
  • $1,500 signing bonus
  • 32-hour work week
  • Every Friday off
  • Revit training and real project experience
  • Rotation through Civic, Healthcare, Higher Ed, and K–12 sectors
  • Final design presentation at the end of the program

What You’ll Do

  • Support active architectural, interior, and planning projects
  • Learn professional workflows, standards, and coordination
  • Work alongside architects, planners, and designers
  • Develop technical, production, and communication skills

Who Should Apply

  • Currently enrolled in an Architecture, Interior Design, or Planning program
  • Interest in design, planning, and the built environment
  • Basic familiarity with Revit and/or Adobe tools (training provided)
  • Motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn
