On Point Custom Homes, a portfolio company of Leggett Ventures, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our real estate and marketing team. This internship provides hands-on experience in luxury custom home building, real estate development, and marketing strategies in the residential construction industry.

Duration:

June 1 through July 31, 2026 (total 8 weeks with flexibility for time off)

Work hours are 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break

Location: Houston, Texas

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Energy, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Strong interest in private equity, real assets, entrepreneurship, or operating businesses
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, Texas for the duration of the internship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required depending on placement

Compensation: $20/hour
