3 Streams Institute Internship
3 Streams Internships are designed for young adults hoping to explore
the broad scope or ministry leadership options within the church.
Learners will benefit from a wide breadth of training in personal
formation, the life of the church, and leadership development. The
Intern program provides investment and direction to those in the
exploratory phase of their ministry career.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Intern program is a 9-month paid internship that runs from
September through May each year. Internships require 10-12 hours of
dedicated time per week and include regular in-person meetings in
Englewood, Colorado. Cohorts benefit from authentic community,
earnest discussion, and ministry skills training. Interns may apply for
an apprenticeship upon completion of the intern curriculum. The
program includes $8,000 in tuition coverage or a living stipend.

Thorough understanding of the various career pathways in church ministry
Emotional, spiritual, and relational development alongside leaders and fellow
participants
Foundational understanding of Anglicanism and a theology of ministry
Onboarding into the Apprentice program for focused study in a ministry area
QUALIFICATIONS
Committed relationship to Jesus Christ
Open and humble posture to learning and development
Curiosity toward Anglicanism, the movement of the Spirit, and liturgical forms of
worship
