Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
About the Role
The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will manage all team marketing & social media execution, working closely with the Team Lead to bring strategy to life. While overall marketing direction and priorities will be set by leadership, this role owns the creation, implementation, and repurposing of content across platforms.
This is a hands-on, in-house role responsible for maintaining a cohesive, elevated brand presence across social media, email, print, and events.
This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts creative and execution-driven—someone who loves branding, graphic design and seeing a polished marketing plan come to life.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Branding
- Develop branded graphics and marketing templates for ongoing use
- Regularly create and edit Reels and branded social media content
- Ensure all content aligns with Hunt Home Team’s brand standards
Social Media Management
- Manage posting schedule across Instagram and other social platforms
- Ensure consistent, high-quality content cadence
- Repurpose long-form and evergreen content into short-form social assets
- Collaborate on creative brainstorming and content ideas
Listing Marketing
- Create listing graphics, videos, social posts, email content, and print materials
Email & Print Marketing
- Build monthly email newsletters based on provided strategy and content themes
- Repurpose social and long-form content for email and postcard campaigns
- Assist with copy, layout, and execution of postcards and print collateral
Event & Team Marketing
- Support marketing for team events, client events, and community initiatives
- Create promotional materials, social content, and recap content
- Assist with personal branding and business branding initiatives
What Success Looks Like
- Brand Consistency: All content feels cohesive, polished, and aligned with luxury positioning. Content is repurposed effectively across platforms
- Content Cadence: Social media and email schedules are consistent and reliable
- Engagement Growth: Increased social engagement, saves, shares, and visibility over time across all media channels
Requirements
- experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
- Strong photography and video skills (including shooting and editing)
- Experience creating short-form video (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Proficiency with design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar)
- Experience managing social media calendars and posting schedules
- Comfort executing both digital and print marketing materials (Mailchimp)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and audience engagement
