Lead Behavior Technician
Lead Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy)
We’re looking for a Lead Behavior Technician who’s passionate about working with children and enjoys supporting a team. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy while also helping guide other Behavior Technicians and working closely with the Program Manager and BCBA team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Work directly with children in their homes, schools, and community settings
• Follow behavior plans created by BCBAs and Program Managers
• Support and mentor other Behavior Technicians during sessions
• Help with behavior skill programs and day-to-day treatment planning
• Ensure that the Behavior technicians Collect and document session data using company systems
• Share client progress, updates, and concerns with the Program Manager
• Communicate respectfully with families and team members. Collaborate with the client service coordinator andProgram manager to ensure that the Programs are up to date.
• Follow safety guidelines and help manage challenging behaviors
• Assist with office or administrative tasks when needed
What We’re Looking For:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, education, speech pathology or a related field OR
• RBT certification with at least 5 years of experience as a Behavior Technician
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Someone who’s organized, dependable, and comfortable working with others.
• A team player who enjoys collaboration
