Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
•  Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, professional assistance
•  Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
•  Maintain a positive, solutions‑focused attitude during all customer interactions
Retail & Sales
•  Promote and upsell store services such as shipping options, printing, mailbox rentals, and packaging solutions
•  Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
•  Maintain product knowledge to confidently explain services and pricing
Shipping & Packaging
•  Assist customers with domestic and international shipping requirements
•  Properly pack and prepare items for shipment following UPS Store guidelines
•  Generate shipping labels and ensure accurate documentation
Printing & Business Services
•  Operate printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and finishing equipment
•  Assist customers with print orders, file transfers, and basic design needs
•  Ensure print jobs meet quality standards
Mailbox Services
•  Manage mailbox rentals, including new account setup and renewals
•  Sort, organize, and distribute mail and packages accurately
•  Notify mailbox customers of package arrivals when required
Store Operations
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
•  Restock merchandise and supplies as needed
•  Follow all operational policies, safety procedures, and security standards
•  Support opening and closing duties
