Legal Administrative Assistant
General office duties: answer phones, screen prospective clients, correspond with clients by phone and email, send clients appropriate forms, schedule appointments, file setup, greet clients, confirm client identification, data entry and record keeping, office supply management, meeting support, occasional errands, general administrative support to other team members, general billing, assist with preparing legal documents for probate, real estate, and estate planning. Active NC Notary commission, helpful, not required.
