Real Estate Investor Apprentice (Acquisitions & Closings) – Newark, NJ

Home Resolution Group is seeking a motivated college student who wants hands‑on experience in real estate investing and acquisitions. In this role, you will join seller appointments, help analyze deals, support follow‑ups, and assist in getting contracts signed for both our listing‑referral and direct‑to‑investor pipelines.​

You will work directly with experienced investors on off‑market, distressed, and probate properties, learning how to talk to sellers, structure offers, and move deals from lead to closed transaction. This is ideal for students interested in becoming investors, wholesalers, or agents who want real‑world experience, not just office work.
