Events, Programming & Partnership Intern
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events, Programming & Partnership Intern to support the planning, execution, and reporting of events, brand collaborations, and pop-up activations. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment and the opportunity to learn how impactful partnerships are built from strategy to execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with event planning logistics including venue research, vendor outreach, RSVP management, and production timelines
- Research and compile outreach lists for brand, hospitality, and influencer partnerships
- Support tracking of partner outreach, communications, and deliverables
- Maintain shared documents, trackers, and partnership databases
- Help draft partnership proposals, briefing docs, recaps, and internal presentations
- Join internal meetings and assist with follow-up items
- Stay up to date on cultural trends, competitive activations, and relevant industry events
- Support on-site at client or agency events (as needed and available)
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Event Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides); Canva or Adobe is a plus
- Passion for wellness, beauty, design, and/or lifestyle brands is a bonus
Job Type: Unpaid Internship
Schedule:
- Minimum 20 hours a week, with availability for calls/in-person meetings Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
- Weekend availability as needed for real-time posting or event support
Work Location: Hybrid or remote
Compensation: Unpaid / School Credit
