Marketing Corporate Trainer

In the Marketing Corporate Trainer role, you will be responsible for multiple in-store marketing campaigns throughout the Charleston, SC area. The entry-level Marketing Corporate Trainer will teach, train, and mentor other employees. A Marketing Corporate Trainer is a leader within our organization who possesses organizational skills and a positive attitude to help others succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and execute in-store marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation.
  • Utilize strong leadership skills to build a high-performance team environment.
  • Coach, train, and develop others for the overall success of the team.
  • Keep up to date with client promotions.
  • Manage customer acquisition and retention by effectively training team members to represent our client compliantly in-store.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (High School Diploma required).
  • Self-motivated.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team.
