Digital Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to help amplify our brand presence and drive growth across all digital channels.

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at The Vansmith. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing who can manage our online presence, execute marketing campaigns, and help us connect with adventure enthusiasts across multiple platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our Shopify website, ensuring a seamless user experience, updated content, and strong conversion performance.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

• Create and manage engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.

• Oversee our presence on online marketplaces and ensure product listings are optimized and up-to-date.

• Deliver creative assets including graphics, photography coordination, and video content for marketing campaigns.

• Support event marketing initiatives, including trade shows, van meet-ups, and community events.

• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Education and Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, lifestyle brands, or related industries.

• Proficiency with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.

• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

• Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in an office environment with prolonged periods at a computer.

• Occasional travel for events, photo/video shoots, and trade shows.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for event setup and materials.
