Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities
As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will meet directly with customers, explain Quantum Fiber high-speed internet services, complete enrollments, and guide customers through every step of their account setup. If you enjoy talking with people, problem-solving, and learning new technology, this role offers strong experience in customer interaction, fiber-internet sales, telecom customer support, and enrollment processing.
- Engage customers to explain Quantum Fiber internet options, service benefits, and plan features
- Support customer enrollment, activation, upgrades, account changes, and service onboarding
- Recommend fiber-based solutions that match customer needs, usage habits, and eligibility
- Provide strong customer service, customer support, and customer engagement throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer accounts, enrollment activity, and service details
- Assist leadership with daily sales goals, customer satisfaction benchmarks, and enrollment metrics
- Communicate fiber-internet promotions, pricing, installation timelines, and product features clearly
- Participate in team meetings to build stronger customer communication and sales techniques
