Image Correction Technician
Eagleview, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring an Image Correction Technician in the Photogrammetric Image Corrections department. We are a fast-paced, energetic team driven by continuous process improvement. We’re looking for motivated, organized, and independent team members. This position requires good communication skills and the ability to quickly pick up new technologies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Manage a portion of the Image Corrections production staff as direct reports.
· Assign, monitor and help redistribute work if necessary.
· Oversee the training and development of new team members.
· Lead the group when the Image Corrections Manager isn’t present.
· Assist team so that planned delivery schedules are met.
· Actively contributes to process improvements for greater production efficiency.
· Guide the team in the creation of quality standards and QC processes that ensure our quality targets are met in our deliveries.
· Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes across groups.
· Identify potential issues with production and proactively address them to prevent delays.
· Lead some of our team meetings for special teams.
· Encourage and guide the growth of team members.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent,
Preferred
- 0–1 year work experience.
- Associate and/or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Photographic Imaging, or GIS.
- Proficient in Photoshop and non-destructive editing.
- Experience in Production or Project Management is a plus.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s work experience, education, and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. This is a full-time, hybrid/remote role based out of the Rochester, NY office with a base compensation of $17.00/per hour.
