Customer Service Associate

Skyline Elite is seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Fort Myers. In this role, the Customer Service Associate will guide customers through the activation process for AT&T services, offering expert advice on setup and ensuring seamless connectivity across all mobile, wireless, and other products.

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and opportunities to develop skills in sales, customer engagement, and account management. The Customer Service Associate will play a key role in helping customers understand the full value of AT&T’s services while supporting business growth in a dynamic environment.As a Customer Service Associate, you are also the trusted guide for customers navigating AT&T’s services. You ensure they have a smooth, informed experience from activation to ongoing support, helping them get the most out of their connectivity solutions.

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with AT&T mobile service enrollment, including plan selection, eligibility verification, and account setup
  • Drive sales, generate new accounts, and contribute to increasing market share
  • Respond to customer inquiries about wireless features, billing, and device setup; escalate complex issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service milestones, and account updates to support tracking and reporting
  • Share promotions, upgrade opportunities, and service recommendations based on customer usage patterns and eligibility
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service delays, verify documentation, and ensure timely delivery of AT&T products
  • Track all sales activities and service updates
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions to increase customer satisfaction

Customer Service Associate Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer support, enrollment, retail, sales or related role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide customers through service option
  • Comfortable working within a team environment
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and goal-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
