Your Contribution:
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate qualified appointments for Territory Sales Managers
- Proactively walk into commercial buildings within your assigned territory to introduce Filter King and schedule meetings
- Research and identify target accounts including hotels, hospitals, office buildings, and industrial facilities
- Set qualified meetings with facility managers, property managers, and maintenance directors
- Accompany Territory Sales Managers on sales calls to learn consultative selling and closing techniques
- Transition to independent prospecting and territory ownership after completing training program
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system (HubSpot)
- Build pipeline and develop relationships within your assigned territory
Your Qualification:
- You have 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience
- You are eager to learn B2B sales and willing to start with cold calling and appointment setting
- You are coachable, disciplined, and thrive on measurable performance metrics
- You are comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-up
- You have strong communication skills and professional phone presence
- You are self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
